This apartment is affectionately furnished with original rustic furniture. It comes with a comfy eat-in kitchen in a modern alpine style with a dishwasher, sofa and wood-burning fireplace insert; it features a rustic bedroom with an additional bunk bed in the vestibule and a spacious and original bathroom.
In addition the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a kettle, LCD TV with satellite channels, a telephone, wireless LAN, a safe and a hair dryer. On request we can provide you with basic equipment for children such as a baby’s high chair, crib, etc.

- daily free entry in the open air pool of Tesimo for all family members

- final cleaning (if you stay one week)

Conditions of our reservation cancellation policy
We understand that travel plans may change and therefore try to rent the apartment to someone else in case of a necessary cancellation. Should this not be possible however, the following costs will have to be charged:
- up to 70 days before start of rental agreement: 20 % of the rental price
- up to 50 days before start of rental agreement: 30 % of the rental price
- up to 40 days before start of rental agreement: 60 % of the rental price
- up to 21 days before start of rental agreement: 90 % of the rental price
- otherwise 100 % of the rental price.
We recommend taking out travel cancelation insurance.
