Our prices 2024

The prices are for 2 persons a day.
Each other person over 1 year has to pay a supplement from € 15 a day.

Conditions of our reservation cancellation policy

We understand that travel plans may change and therefore try to rent the apartment to someone else in case of a necessary cancellation. Should this not be possible however, the following costs will have to be charged:

• up to 70 days before start of rental agreement: 20 % of the rental price
• up to 50 days before start of rental agreement: 30 % of the rental price
• up to 40 days before start of rental agreement: 60 % of the rental price
• up to 21 days before start of rental agreement: 90 % of the rental price
• otherwise 100 % of the rental price.

We recommend taking out travel cancelation insurance.

In addition our service covers

- daily free entry in the open air pool of Tesimo for all family members
- w-lan
- final cleaning (if you stay one week)
- electricity
- water
- bed linen
- towels (towels are replaced in the middle of the week)
- heating of the stoves and fireplaces
- use of the alpine spa area
- reserved in advance, exclusive use of the spa area (extra charge)
