The quiet days of winter offer the perfect opportunity to experience the snow-covered landscape first-hand. During winter hikes to Malga Luco or across Monte San Vigilio, you breathe in the fresh air and hear the soft crunch of snow beneath your feet. As there are often few people around, you can enjoy the winter landscape almost entirely alone.

One of the most beautiful skiing tours leads to the panoramic Monte Luco above Tesimo. Five nearby ski areas can also be reached in a short time: Merano 2000, Schwemmalm in Val d'Ultimo, Plan Val Passiria, and Val Senales offer slopes for all abilities.

For a day of health and wellbeing, Merano Thermal Baths are well worth a visit. Pools, saunas, steam baths and spacious quiet areas ensure total relaxation.
